Part of a 435 and three-quarter-acre-and-20-perch parcel obtained by John Miller, Blacksmith, and his wife between 1749 and 1764 from Michael Mayer the younger, Proprietors John, Thomas, and Richard Penn, and John and Magdalene Correl.
